【重要なお知らせ】当社社員を装ったなりすましアカウントに関する注意喚起

平素は、格別のご高配を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
現在、株式会社ビズリーチの社員を装った偽アカウント（LinkedIn、WhatsApp、Telegram等）が確認されています。
これらのなりすましアカウントは、LinkedIn、WhatsApp、Telegram等で、不特定多数の方に架空の「求人情報」を送り、個人情報や金融機関などの情報を聞き出す等の行為を行っています。
当社または、当社社員がこのような情報・行動を要求することは一切ございませんので、十分に注意をお願いいたします。

また、本件について、当社から警察へ相談対応等を行っております。
皆さまにもご注意いただき、万が一、被害が生じた場合は所轄の警察へご相談をお願いいたします。

＜当社のサービスおよび社員は以下の行為を行いません＞

• クレジットカード番号や銀行の暗証番号など、機密性の高い金融情報の提供を要求すること
• 仕事をするため、または仕事の対価を受け取るための料金の支払いを要求すること
• 当社または第三者への現金による支払いを求めること
• 商品、サービス、ギフトカードなどの購入を求めること
• ビズリーチに掲載されている求人情報を、当社サービスのメッセージ機能・当社ドメインのメールアドレス（＠bizreach.co.jp）以外から送ること

不審なメッセージに対するお問い合わせ先

不審なメッセージ（DM等）を受け取った場合、返信や記載されているURLのクリックは行わずに、以下の専用フォームより当社までお問い合わせください。また、メッセージを削除し、被害防止のため、当該送信者をブロックするようお願いいたします。

メッセージの真偽を確かめる方法

当社からのご案内は、基本的に「ビズリーチ」のWebサイトやアプリのメッセージ（https://www.bizreach.jp/message/）、または当社ドメイン（@bizreach.co.jp）のメールアドレス、その他当社の各種公式SNSアカウントよりお送りします。
ビズリーチからのご案内を受信された際は、当社ドメインからの送信であるかどうかをご確認ください。

【Important Notice】Beware of Impersonation Accounts Posing as Our Employees

We wish to bring to your attention a matter of utmost importance.
It has come to our notice that there are fraudulent accounts impersonating employees of BizReach, Inc. These fraudulent accounts have been identified on SNS platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others.
These impersonating accounts are disseminating fictitious "job offers" and similar content to a wide audience via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other channels. They are engaging in activities such as soliciting personal information and financial details from unsuspecting individuals.
We want to emphatically state that BizReach, Inc. and its employees do not engage in any such information solicitation or behavior. We kindly urge you to exercise heightened vigilance.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we have reported this matter to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. We kindly request that you also remain cautious and, in the unfortunate event of any harm, promptly reach out to your local police authorities for assistance.

Our services and employees will never request the following actions from you:

Asking you for highly confidential financial information, like credit card numbers or bank PIN codes.
Requesting payment of fees for work or compensation.
Demanding cash payments to BizReach or third parties from you.
Urging you to make purchases of products, services, or gift cards.
Sending you job information from sources other than our messaging feature or using email addresses with the domain "@bizreach.co.jp".

Should you receive any suspicious messages (including DMs), please refrain from responding or clicking on any embedded URLs. Instead, kindly contact us via the dedicated form provided below. Moreover, we recommend deleting the message and blocking the sender to prevent potential harm.

Verifying Message Authenticity

When receiving communications purportedly from BizReach, please ensure that they are sent from our official domain.
